Brad's 09 CF School talks begin with a flurry!

I'm pleased to report that my season of '09 Cystic Fibrosis School talks has begun with a number of schools getting in early by booking me to visit their schools & Colleges to talk to the students.I'm looking forward to a ry busy year visiting many schools in the Adelaide metropolitan area.I look forward to inspiring a record number of students this year in '09.

Next stage Stroke Recovery

I'm very excited to report this Thursday I will be attending a new gym in Adelaide that goes by the name Adelaide Exercise Physiology.This new set-up is designed for along with a mainstream gymnasium as well as designed to cater for those whom are recovering from illness or injury. I'm very excited about this opportunity & my next big step in my post stroke recovery

.It all begins with a 30 minute assessment.I'll just take it from there.

Lately I've been doing 50 sit-ups per day & a 30 minute treadmill walk uphill.

I look forward to keeping you all updated as my I get into my workouts.
