A goog clini report

A great confidence boost yesterday at transplant clinic with an increase in lung function from 53% prior to my last hospital admission up to 75%.My decision recently to focus  on increasing my exercise program particularly working harder on the treadmill had paid dividends. Now up to walking @ 3.5kms p/h for 30 minutes covering 1.75kms, 4 times per week. As well as two trips to the gym a week & a few hours of Table Tennis on Wednesdays

It was also great to spend some time with a friend whom has recently been listed on the waiting list to answer her question &  fears of the unknown of her future transplant experience.

I wish everyone out there whom maybe either being assessed or currently on a waiting list or just post transplant all the very best & continued good health for the future. Also a Mery Christmas & Happy New Year in 2012.

Cheers

Brad
